4. Property Bookings

Property bookings are subject to availability and approval. All bookings require payment of the minimum booking amount as specified for each property.

Payments must be made through the app's wallet system or approved payment methods. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. MLM Commission System
5.1 Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated based on the current slab system and referral network. Commission rates may vary and are subject to change with prior notice.
5.2 Referral Network
You may build a referral network by sharing your referral code. Commissions are paid based on the performance of your direct and indirect referrals.
5.3 Commission Payments
Commissions are credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn subject to minimum withdrawal limits and processing time.
6. Wallet and Transactions
6.1 Wallet Usage
The wallet system allows you to deposit funds, make payments, receive commissions, and withdraw funds. All transactions are subject to verification and approval.
6.2 Deposits
Deposit requests must be approved by the admin. Funds are credited to your wallet upon approval.
6.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits, processing fees, and admin approval. Processing time may vary.
7. KYC Verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for certain transactions. You must provide valid identification documents (Aadhaar, PAN) as required. Failure to complete KYC may restrict access to certain features.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Create fake accounts or provide false information
- Manipulate the referral system
- Engage in fraudulent transactions
- Reverse engineer or hack the application
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by Hari Om Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
Hari Om Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
